‘Care Home Friends' is a fantastic new scheme to bring together children and older people living in care homes.

It was great to be at the launch of the new Wharf Green Market here in Swindon Town Centre last Thursday. The new market has been supported by £100,000 from the Government’s Towns Fund and organised by InSwindon. It is one of the first projects in the country to be up and running.
